...and it doesn't work. The thing is I bought it from a seller, and he seems to be reputable, so what should I do with it? Should I call Apple? Contact the manufacturer of the ram (I'm trying to find out who it is) or just forget it? Basically I started it up with the stick in the slot, it gives me a wierd sort of grainy start up noise, then just a beeping sound... and it goes back to sleep. Thanks in advance for help. I'd be willing to answer any questions anyone asks.

Contact the seller and probably send the RAM back to the seller for replacement, unless you have installed in incorrectly.. (It's not Apple's problem, and the manufacturer of the RAM will just point you back to the seller for replacement or refund, unless it's Kingston, who will deal with you directly).

Did the seller guarantee compatibility with your model Mac?
What RAM make and model was it?
What Mac do you have exactly?

I didn't verify the feedback, but by the looks, and most of his posts, he's an honest seller. I asked him if it would work in my iBook, and he said it would. I have an iBook G4 1.33 ghz (Latest Model) which supports PC2700 DDR333mhz. Here is the ram model #'s and what not...

I checked the Apple's website and the one suggested for mine seems to be different. I asked him if I could get a refund and he said that was a no go because he had already taken the money out of his paypal. So.... what do you suggest I do now?

Sell it yourself here or on eBay.

Even if the seller has taken the money out of his Paypal account, it is not really an acceptable execuse for not giving you the refund. If he wants to refund, he can.
