I just installed iPadOS beta on my week old iPad 6th generation. So far it seems awesome, the only issue it seems to have is mail acts sketchy at times. Seems like everything else works good, and love the new home screen and photos app.

The stock Mail app is very unstable. That’s about the biggest (and maybe only real) problem for me at this point. Now when used to iOS 13 I can’t go back—I love it. The most loved feature from my side is the added scrolling method in windows (Safari especially).
I haven’t had a single issue with the stock mail app. Never have so I must be one of the lucky ones. In fact I haven’t noticed any issues except for an app incompatibility issue here and there. iPadOS 13 has been extremely smooth throughout beta 1-3.

I think he means holding in the scroll bar on the right side. It allows you to drag the bar to go up and down the page quickly like on Mac/Windows.
