I just jail broke my phone and downloaded "rock"; how do i delete "rock" off of my phone?

1.) I've already tried google. You try searching how to delete "rock" off of an iPhone and get back to me on that.
2.) I'm new to this jailbreaking thing so of course i'm going to have a lot of questions.

I figured it out already.
