id do restore

Restore if you want all you apps etc on it.

New phone if you want to start from scratch.

op: a restore wont mess up the jailbreak if thats what youre concerned about

If you used pwnage tool to jailbreak, you need to use expert setting in pwnage and make sure you tick the activate switch. Also setting the slider to around 1000mb would be a good idea to. Then restore for the new ispw you created. This will work.

Actually, you need to UNcheck it, if you have AT&T. Or else your iPhone won't activate properly.
