I don't have an active subscription anymore so only tested at start zone, native resolution, settings maxed out at 10/10, I get 60 fps+.

Now I realize that this doesn't mean much since it's not a raid situation with 25 people blasting away BUT....

• I have played this game for 12 years, and 10 of them pretty hardcore and I have played it using MANY different macs, starting with two different G5's, continuing with 4 different intel Mac Pro's, 2 different top of the line Macbook Pro's and my 2017 iMac 5K.

• AT NO POINT DURING THE SPAN OF THE GAME DID I GET 60 fps with max settings with ANY OF THESE MACHINES. (And during Intel Mac Pro phase, I played with all top of the line Nvidia cards when there was support)

• So this is the first Mac I have owned that can run wow at a really high resolution with everything maxed out at 60 fps at least in a starter zone.

• THIS IS A FRIKKING LAPTOP. Not a Mac Pro, not even an iMac.

Jeeeez Apple what have you guys done? This machine is incredibly fast!!!!!!

I get 60fps on my M1 MBA, maxed-out settings. It's a combo of the Apple silicon architecture, plus the fact that Blizzard were very quick to develop a native version. Good for them (and us!).
