iPod I just saw a 240gb ipod classic on ebay is this the max size?

The seller rebuilt it is this as big as it gets? are there bigger drives.

Apple only did a maximum 160GB capacity. Pretty sure Toshiba stopped developing 1.8" hard drives a while back.

I believe 240GB is the largest 1.8 hard drive available. Technically Apple has never released anything larger than 160GB, but many have put larger hard drives into the Classic. Some have even put SSD's in.

More than likely an iPod Classic that has had it's drive replaced with a Toshiba 240GB and it's back housing replaced with a slightly larger one, to accommodate the slightly thicker drive.
