I can't say i agree.

imac late 2014 m295x 8gb ram, using the gaming extreme driver from bootcampdrivers.com.

tested:

robo recall, quill , dead and buried, mythos, dreamdeck, toy box, ghost in the shell, assetto corsa (1.4 pd), elite dangerous (high vr settings, 1.4 pd), google earth, lucky, bigscreen, medium, rick and morty, job simulator, eleven table tennis,

all work perfectly.

Macs, like any computer, can handle basic VR games perfectly well. The matter really isn't that they can't do VR at all. Everything you mention can be played using almost any $299 used computer, or even cell phone for several of them. It's more a matter of playing the big title games, especially anything using hardtracking for Occulus. (i.e. try GTA 5 even at less-than-preferable resolutions and FPS under 45, and you'll still have hiccups while driving past skyscrapers) The m295x bites the dust extremely fast with any intensive game; and until a mac has graphics on par with dual titan's, they can not be used for major titles in VR.

well, that's not true:

[doublepost=1496855332][/doublepost]also, the entire reason i featured robo recall is because it's probably the most intensive game on the oculus store right now.
