I know its been asked before, but.... there are so many different answers, and its all just mushing together in my head. so...

I have a new Intel iMac(09) and I would like to run the video to my HDTV, with HDMI. Now, my question is this... what are the correct adapter(s)/cable(s) I will need?
I'm not worried about the audio, just the video.

Is it; Mini Display Port> Mini Dis Port/HDMI adapter> HDMI ???

Again, I know this subject has been dealt with more than it should be... believe me, i just spent about an hour trolling through the infinite posts... but any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

If your TV has HDMI, you need one of these.

Don't want audio transferring? You need one of these.

Thanks for the quick response. :) I was looking at the second adapter earlier, i just wasn't sure if it worked for the iMac, as all the reviews were for other Macs. Thanks again.
