I must have the worst luck ever..

But im messing around with my system preferences and click the icon that says UniversalAccess and my ENTIRE display goes to this hidious looking, safe-mode ish, color...nothing on the dock is animated...How do i get it back to normal!!

I'm assuming you've either increased the contrast to maximum or hit the white-on-black button. Either way these can be corrected by going back to the Universal Access "Seeing" panel in System Prefs and ensuring that the Contrast is set to Normal, and the Display is Black on White.
