Hi I'm new here to this community first post but i have an issue where i updated my mac pro in OS X and it killed my hdmi sound through my graphics card i really need access back to it so i need to reinstall a copy of 10.10 or 10.10.1 please some one help me and thanks again!!!!

Unless you already have a downloaded copy of 10.10.0 or 10.10.1 I you are probably out of luck. As an alternative create a second partition on your boot hard drive and clean install 10.10.2 on it. Boot to the second partition and see if you still have the sound issue. Before you do any of that make sure you have done a system backup.

Since apple has already replaced 10.10.0 and 10.10.1 on the app store, your only option is 10.10.2 - sorry

Thanks i did learn that but luckily i found a hdd that i had a copy of yosemite 10.10 on there and then today figured out a kext to fix my hdmi audio if anyone has the sam issue lmi i can help them.

I'm glad that you solved your issue, but if you were to back everything up and still wish to go back to 10.10.0, all you need do is restart your computer and press Cmd+R or the Option key after the Apple bong. You'll bring up the rescue partition. In my case, it stated 10.10.0. You can evoke Disk Utility and wipe your drive, then proceed with the installation of 10.10.0.
