Nah not really, I messed up with parts of the kexts that were not updated in the latest update, so I wanted a clean sheet to be sure.

Two thoughts: 1. If you find yourself deleting or modifying kernel extensions, you might want a backup strategy in place. 2. With all respect to Justperry, accepting kexts from strange men on the internet is not the wisest security strategy.
