I need a new Bill Tracker App

Hello,

I had an app called Bills on your table that suddenly disappeared from the app store and after a restore to my 4S I no longer have the phone version so I need a new app. I've tried Pageonce and don't like it. I don't want to enter any acct numbers just add bills manually. I need reliability and sync between phone and iPad with each having their ow version not just a blown up one for the pad. Any suggestions?

This one looks great but no reviews kind of scares me.
