macOS I Need a program for ichat that shows pictures

I want to put a picture in ichat on the screen.so someone can see it.I had something like manycam for windows that worked great but they don't make it for mac.I have chatfx on my computer the unregistered version but I don't think their is anything in their.I want the whole screen to be the picture.Thanks
