macOS I need a simple OS X application

Hello,
So i'm 16 years old and learning java and VB in school. I barely know any OS X programming language, but i need an app:

I sell a service on kapaza.be, a belgian site to sell stuff. In order to have my ad above all the others, I pay 30$/month so it will go up when i edit it. But i have to edit it manually. That means: log in, click edit on the ad and then save.

So i would like an app that runs on OS X snow leopard, log me into kapaza, and edit and save the ad. It has to do this every couple of minutes.

My question is: Am i allowed to ask somebody here on MR to do it for my for a certain amount of money? If that is not allowed here, can somebody point me in the right direction?

No, you can't recruit programmers on here.

Also what you are doing sounds like it's probably against the terms and conditions of the site you are using. Even if it's not it's morally sketchy at best.

Wel i do pay 30$ a month and still have to manually edit the ad to benefit from it, so I certainly don't find it morally wrong.

Can you tell me how much work an app like that would be in Xcode? Would it be easy to make? And is there some site where I can hire a coder?

Thanks for that tip, i started to play with automator. I can get it to open the "edit this ad" page, and if i want to it can download it, but how do I get it to submit the form?
