First of all, apologies if I am posting this in the wrong forum, I know nothing of Apple devices.

I have an old iPad Mini, the details are:

A1432 iPad Mini (late 2012)
Version 9.3.5 (13G36)
MD531B/A

which I only use for web browsing. I use the built in web browser, Safari, which is mostly good enough, but there are web pages that it cannot display, such as

https://www.retrotink.com/

and

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1598858095/system-shock/posts

(on the latter website, the graphics at the top of the screen show, but none of the posts do). I've tried downloading other browsers, but either they also cannot show the web pages, or I can't download a specific browser (such as Firefox, or Opera) because (so it says) it's incompatible with my iPad.

What good browsers, that are compatible with my iPad, can I download and use to properly view these web pages, please? I don't want to scrap this iPad, as apart from this problem, it's working fine.

Thanks for any answers.

I’d say RAM is more of a limiting factor than browser version, and no browser in iOS can use their own rendering engine. Still, you can download Microsoft edge, Firefox and google chrome and try them out.

I think the problem is you have a 32 bit iPad and all or most of the newer sites and apps require 64 bit. However I believe you can download chrome and that will work and maybe solve your problem. Don’t forget to set it to default browser if it does work.
Downloading Chrome for iOS 9.3.5 :
  1. Open App Store.
  2. Go to 'purchased'
  3. Find Chrome and follow the instructions to download.
