Ok I have a Macintosh Classic and A StyleWriter II Printer. I have the correct drivers and a new ink cartridge and the correct serial cord. I can perform a test print by pressing the power button for 6 seconds but I cannot get it to print documents please advise

This is a joke right? OK, I’ll play. My first guess would be the printer connection. If I can recall the events of the last century correctly, the test page data lived in firmware on the printer itself so getting a successful test page doesn’t tell you if the printer and computer are talking. Could be a bad cable. Could be a bad ADB port (on either printer or computer or both). Could be corrupt software. I suggest you take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar... just for the entertainment value. It’s always fun watching Millennial hipsters heads exploding.

The Mac Classic, should have 1 ADB port and 2 Serial ports. One of the Serial ports is intended for printer connections. If the Style Writer II doesn't work on the printer port, you could try to operate it on the modem port, too. Just to mention, I guess it's not recommended to connect a modem or other bidirectional devices to the printer port, as it's an output only port. To put an output only device, like a printer, on the bidirectional modem port, should be no problem.
The Style Writer II seems to talk QuickDraw. I think you'll need to have some system extensions for QuickDraw.
If I remember right, in System 7.5.5 in the  Menu should be a Control Panel to set up the printer connection, e.g. to modem port. If there's no hardware defect, and the Mini-DIN-8 connector cable isn't broken, why shouldn't it print?

I have sent my logic / Mother Board for Warranty repairs.

Please explain about Quick Draw extensions that I need

Well, I just meant to check, if QuickDraw system extension is loaded. If I remember right, it was a system extension installed and included by the Mac OS installer.

QuickDraw is a core part of Classic Mac OS responsible for rasterizing graphics including text for screen and print.

The PD language of the Style Writer II is QuickDraw.
