i need help retrieving a deleted picture on my camera's internal memory

hi i use mac os x 10.4.6 on a mac mini. my camera is a kodak v570.

my sister accidentaly deleted a picture off my camera today, and i want to undelete it. i have heard this is possible, and some people have sent me programs to do this, but so far all of the programs are for flash cards, and not for internal memory.

can anyone help me figure out how to retrieve this picture?

i have taken no pictures since.

If you can mount you camera's internal memory as a disk, any app should work, even if it's ment for external cards. If you can't mount the memory, there's nothing you can do (to my knowledge).
