MP All Models I need help to upgrade MacPro1,1 so i can use El Capitan

Hey guys! I have 2006 mac pro MacPro1,1 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeo, 32 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIM, NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256 MB and running on Mac OS X Lion. I would like to upgrade to some the latest possible available so i can use El Capitan or very latest OS. i wan to be able to use adobe latest software on it.

What do I need? Please help me.
