I'm new to Macs. So far I'm learning pretty fast. I do have a problem with the Spotlight Search though. I've noticed that my web history and searches from Safari (I've switched to Firefox) seem to show in Spotlight even though I've cleared my history and cookies numerous times in Safari. I don't particularly want my entire web history tracked until the end of time. Is there a way to completely clear this. I did some Google searches and they said to reset Safari, but I can't seem to find the reset in Yosemite and most searches are talking about Mavericks and before. Any help?

Thanks, but that only stops the results from showing. If I turn it off and back on the results come back. I'm trying to stop it from keeping the history, period.
