I've never tried but I would assume you just follow the same process you do whenever you want to use a disc on a MacBook Air.

Or if you have the external dvd drive, connect that, put the Windows installer CD in and let VirtualBox use the physical drive from the storage setting. If you don't, you need to use another computer to create the ISO like mentioned. (If on Windows, ImgBurn can easily do that)

Create an ISO image, copy it to your macbook and then mount it via the settings in VirtualBox.

Ive never heard of creating an ISO image. Can someone explain this process to me?

I appreciate all your help. I dont have an external drive, so id have to go ahead with this suggestion, if you could help.

Thanks in advance.

What other machine do you have with a cd/dvd drive? ISO is a big single file that you can make as an image of an entire CD, so you can treat that as a virtual CD drive to install from in VirtualBox. You can use ImgBurn for Windows and DiskUtility for Mac to create one from your physical disc.
