I use iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1 jailbreak and have many cydia Tweeks installd.
However, recently when I try to open Cydia I get this 3 errors:

* wow, you exceeded the number of package names this APT is capable of.
* problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/apt.thebigboss.org_repofiles_cydia_dists_stable_main_binary-iphone-arm_Packages
*this package lists or status file could not be opened.

And I can't see any packages and any info

Is there a way to fix it without to restore my iPhone and re install cydia ?

Thanks

You have too many sources installed. Cydia can only handle something like 65000 packages. Remove a couple of your sources and you should be good.

the more repos you have the longer it takes Cydia to load and check them. Also the more chances of getting errors. Don't add repos just to have them. ;) I have never been close to exceeding the max.

Did you read the first error message you got?
