I keep my wife's old original iPa on the end table and use it on occasions. All of a sudden there a blue "rectangle" or box that increments increments down a row at a time on the home page. If I got to settings to try to undo whatever it's doing, it increments those rectangles thru the various topics.

I tried a reboot but it still does it. How do I turn this off? Thanks.

I have no idea what you’re trying to say there. Possibly rephrase the sentences a bit.

Maybe an Accessibility setting of some kind?

If you can't see anything relevant turned on in Accessibility settings, then you may need to do a Reset All Settings to clear this easily. (Settings/General/Reset/Reset all Settings)
