I am in the market to replace my laptop (MBP 15" late 2013) which is my only one main machine that I have been using till now.
I have found a deal for a base model of MBP 15 i7 (2019) 2.6ghz 6 core ram 16 with 256GB brand new at about usd 1,885 (Tax included).
For further considering information, I am now living in the country that has no either official apple refurbish store or Amazon.
I know it's a bad time to buy a new Mac now. I think I can wait for another 2 months max. I would wait to see if there is a Mac Nov. event too.

I do coding and now learning to make ios app on xcode. I use adobe suite photoshop and illustrator but no video nor heavy photo editing and I have no plan to do that.

What do u guys suggest? Should I consider this ? It doesn't have many left in the stock.
Please share opinion besides the butterfly keyboard, what else I should avoid to buy this model?
I have tried to find more information and review on this model but strangely almost every review is only for i9 8 cores model for mbp 15 2019.

Thank you very much for your time.

here in the US 16" MBP base config is offered at 2099 and amazon and I believe Best Buy ... me personally, I would not go for a 15, even brand new at this point anymore, but that's just me. I did get my MBP15 ~ 16 months ago at 2099 ...
My point being that it has been sitting for well over a year (impact on battery), performance-wise it'll be just fine, but you do get 512 vs 256 now ...

NO !!!

DO NOT BUY
a 2019 MBP 15" -- because it still has the butterfly keyboard.
This is HIGHLY prone to failure.
Apple does have a free warranty extension program on these for 4 years, but...
... after 4 years, you will have to pay for the repair yourself if it fails.
And that means $700-750, even if it's just FOR ONE KEY.
(the entire topcase has to be replaced, for even a single key).

Do you want to risk this?

MBP's you should avoid:
MacBook Pro 13" - 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019
MacBook Pro 15" - 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019

MBP's you should consider:
MacBook Pro 13" - 2020
MacBook Pro 16" - 2019
The above two have the "scissors" keyboard (much like 2015 and earlier MBP's, on which the keyboards are very reliable).
