There are many discussion on this....like this one just a few threads down in this forum.
I find an iPod sock to be enough for me.....others like the Invisible Shield and others like a more heavy duty solution to protecting their iPod. No solution is better than others....it's all a matter of taste!
In my opinion the iPod touch isn't as fragile as people make it out to be....so calm down...have a search...and I'm sure you'll find a case that suits your needs!
