I need your help with my iPhone 2g !!!!!

I have 3.1.3 installed from the iTunes and it stuck on “emergency call only” i can make and receive calls but i cant go to phones many. My phone was Jailbreak before on 3.1.2 and it was ok, only cydia crashes all the, time that is why I did the restore to 3.1.3.
Now I tried to Jailbreak the phone again with RedSn0w and I do everything ok all the process goes fine until it comes to the point “the next part will take place on your iPhone” than my phone is stuck on downloading jailbreak data and I repeat the process 20 times with 6 different versions of RedSn0w 9.2 ,9.3 ,9.4,... When I saw that doesn’t work I tried with iReb and I get error (2003) I have repeated the process maybe 5-6 times and the result is the same error (2003) Also this error shows when I tried to restore the iPhone from ITunes.

I’m running out of options please tell me what to do!!!!

Download Spirit and use that instead to jailbreak. Spirit is a one-click jailbreak software. To unlock, then install BootNeuter from Cydia and run the program.
