iPod I Own 4 Apple IPods/IPhones.....Can't Load New Music w/o Loosing It All

Everytime I load an ipod/iphone to my itunes account it wants to delete everything, how can I be able to update my ipods with new music without deleting what's already on them?

These phones will stop doing that once you actually do it. They are currently associated with another library, and if you want to use them with your library, you will have to wipe the information and sync with your library.
