Numpty alert! It seems the only way I can access Files is via the app store. Surely this can't be right? Can't find it anywhere else on my phone! Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Maybe you deleted it at some point or something like that. Most of the Apple apps are indeed listed in the App Store these days.
