I have some other very simple questions.
After getting development certificate from Apple are we free to test any x-code application on i-phone device?
For each new x-code application to test on i-phone is it the case that we have to make new request for i-phone development certificate?
To load i-phone application on Apple Store, is it the case that again have we spent another $99 for each application?

Please read the documentation on the site: this is all covered there. In short create a wildcard profile and you can load/test/submit any number of apps from a single account.
