I Just Got my I phone 3g unlocked But the Sim card that came with it does not work i got the phone off web site call www.cell2get.com that has unlocked cellphone. But the sim card that came with does not work and from different web site called

Do i need a sim card from At@t so it can work? i think it is a modem firmware but when i put it in it say no signal and i can not make calls or text? Is it Different from firmware or do i need both AT@T sim card for both to make calls and text?
Edit if you look at the picture the instruction on the back say this step 1. The Sim is vulnerable Please read the usage before installation to Avoid any damages
Step 2 take out the sim and put it into the sim tray alsong with your mobile phone card pinned the Gevey Sim
Step 3 Insert the Sim Try your sim and Gevey sim into your i phone. If you feel the sim tray was stuck do not push it Heavily shake the sim tray slowly to go through
Step 4 Power on you i phone until the signal appears. Wait until it is stable and you can use it normally if you need to use GPRS or EDGE please turn of data roaming
