Hi all. I feel like an idiot asking this, but could someone tell me how to import my photos? Here's what I've done so far:
from my old PC, i copied all my photo's that were stored on my HD to a memory stick, thinking that when i plug this stick into a usb port, I-photo would recognize that these are pictures, and ask me if I would like these images imported. Well, that's not happening. I can see the memory stick and whats in it on the mac, but i don't see any way of importing them other than the drag/drop method. I don't want to do this for 1100 photos.
Am I missing something?

This is my first day with this new I-mac, so, I'm very green.
