Is this true if you give feedback to apple in return they send a shuffle? How can I find the survey?

The CBS website states (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/07/18/tech/main6690147.shtml):

Nonetheless, adds Apple’s CEO, we can’t afford even one unhappy customer. Buy in confidence, explore all the new features. If you’re not satisfied, do us the favor of returning the phone within two weeks. At the very least, we want you to say the iPhone didn’t work for you but we treated you well. If you fill out a detailed customer feedback report, we’ll give you an iPod Shuffle in consideration for your time.

But the article is describing a hypothetical situation, not what is happening.

it's time for a Shuffle refresh and the last model sucked, so Apple needs to get rid of existing inventory.....looks like a win-win.

Are you guys serious? Did you even read the article? The author is describing a fictional situation. He is talking about how he thought the WWDC keynote should have gone, and even ends the piece with "End of science fiction."

Nice catch. I didn't even bother to read it, I just googled what the OP stated.

LOL. An example of people skimming and picking out the parts they want to be true. Always read the WHOLE piece people.

When it comes to iPhone 4s, it is a guarantee people will misconstrue and misunderstand 90% of what is said about it by 90% of the people talking about it.
