Turns out you can't make (or use) public playlists (or any playlists whatsoever) on your Apple Music account without enabling that stupid iCloud Music Library feature.
I decided to turn it on, and at first I hated this thing where all your music from your computer appearson your iPad, even random songs you didn't even know you had in your computer and has "unknown artist" on them- but that I could stand. Worst case scenario I'll look up the songs that are actually stored on my device.
But now I see I cant sync musc from my computer at all, when I plug it to the computer and go to the music tab it tells me it's now connected to iCloud library and music can be added via Wi-Fi.
What do I do in this case? How do I move something from my computer to the iPad so it'll be available even when I don't have Wi-Fi around?
