Hello everyone, have a seat..

I'm a Power G4 user and recently, 8 months ago, i bought the MacBook for portability reasons, and maybe i'm clumsy or whatever you may call it, but i bought it over the counter and left the country..

So now, here's the delimma.. the battery is new, since it's still 8 months old.. and i'm the kind of person who fully charges, and then unhooks, and then fully drains the battery.. at the first couple of months the number of hours has fallen down drasticly.. and now, the battery stays for 2:15 hours if the brightness is high and using applications or surfing, and 3:15 hours when the brightness is slow, but the same activities.. is it just me or does the 3 hours range kill the idea of protablitiy? or are they designed to be in this time limit?

wierd questions, i know.. but i never thought about laptops 'till recently..

I run a MacBook 13" 1.83 GHz IntelCoreDuo.. and according to CoconutBattery, my battery is 5 months old and had 69 load-cycles..

should i change my way in charging my batteries? or simply change it? cause i can't find an online description of how long should the battery be on for the small MacBooks..
