hi guys i want some help

ok all was running good with no problem at all ....until i updated my os lion to mountain lion and further updated to 10.8.2.
my system runs fine but i have noticed that when i sit on my computer for more than an hour or so and i shutdown it restarts and grey screen comes up saying your system restarted because of a problem....then a report to apple msg comes up....
then everything is working fine as normal i shutdown without any issue...
but again after a day or two this thing happens again so i checked my disk for errors in disk utltity but no errors were found...i have copied the latest error report if anyone can figure out where the problem is.......
thanks in advance....

What are these? Are you sure they are up-to-date for Mountain Lion?

PS: Do you really only have 2GB of RAM? I would definitely gets some more. It's very cheap, and it will make your machine a lot more responsive.

Need help
What timing... my bad luck....the day I posted in this forum for help that very day my mac won't start and i don't have a back up of my data ....so need back my data at any cost
Ok just to update my situation as I said before in my post my mac was having kernel panic after I updated from lion to mountain lion and updated to the latest update
so when I used to shutdown my mac it use to restart giving me this panic msg... I then ran disk check and disk permission which did show some errors but when I clicked repair it repaired everything..so I thought allz cool now
But when I was last online and I did a shutdown ,after few sec my mac went grey that was normal but then came up with the disk utility MSG asking to
Backup by time machine
Reinstall mac os
Help on internet
Disk utility

As at first for me this was not normal so I restarted but what a shock of life ....mac grey screen comes up and before I can see that apple logo a few lines of error in black comes up and my mac restarts again and again

So again with the above four option I went to disk utility first and checked for errors again, this time again my disk showed errors and but was not able to repair

The whole day I spent on google to get steps to recovery my data first tip was to
a) Use Migrate assistant using thunderbolt to see if I get to see it as an external drive
b) reinstall mountain lion using Internet recovery option and try to boot
c) to use data recovery software

so before I go for any option can anyone help me which one will be the best for me so I can get my data back or if you have a better option so please guide me
