I was number eight out of about 40 people I was not going to buy one seeing as I dont have 500$ so I was just going with my friend to get his and I was waiting in the line with him when I thought why not sell my spot so i did for 50$

ya but the way I look at it is that I was not planing on making 50$ yesterday and i did so I came out ahead

I saw several kids trying to sell their spot as it got close to 6:00pm at the Apple Store I was at. Problem was there were going to be more than enough phones for anyone who wanted them. Looks like one kid might have waited close to 20-24 hours to just leave because he never intended to buy a phone.

It was funny, the guy who had spot number 2 was trying all day to sell his spot. There was people walking around with a price list of how much different spots cost. I offered the guy $40 for spot 2, and he laughed at me. So, I laughed back at him when I explained that that was the best he would get. He thought the store was going to sell out, so again I laughed at him saying there was over a 1000 units.

Another guy walks out of the store with the iPhone screaming. "iPhone for sale, $1500!" ... everyone laughed at him. Even the people at the back of the line weren't worried and just laughed. Rumor has it, he returned the phone later that night. (I ran into someone that was in line with me later that night)

Good, that will teach them a lesson. Hope those who were there just to make a profit and sat there for 24+ hours got nothing :D
