wow. I was just using the iPod in my iPhone and it sounds crappy. Everything sounds crappy. Is this a warranty issue or am I on my own? Any advice??!!!

I had the same issue. Turn off the "sound check" and "eq" in settings--it will sound much better. Some songs with lots-o-bass or poor recording quality
sound like crap. I have listened to 3 iphones and they all sound the same to me ...these speakers are junk.

totally agree...turn off eq and you should be good. and yes the speakers are junk.
