Hi,

I haven't bought from itunes in some time and after not finding the Boss' new album (sold out), i thought, hey, buy it in itunes so i have something new to listen to while i'm working.

so i buy it, didn't even think...listening to it and then checked out the files...they are 128 AAC? i thought Apple was changing this to 256? or at least giving us the option? Am i nuts or is this missing? Looks like i missed something, but i really didn't want 128 (i know...not that much of a diff b/c it and 256, but enough that i notice).

Any thoughts?

Cheers,
Keebler

That's for DRM-free iTunes Plus $1.29 tracks currently only available from artists on the EMI music label.

ah hah. thank you for clarifying. the light just went on and unfortunately, i had bought it so that sucks. i guess next time i'll wait and pay the extra $$ for the CD.

doh!
