Hi newbie to this forum, not sure if this is the right thred to post to, but I am having a strange problem which I just can't find any solutions too. Just bought a new laptop running Windows Vista home premium, with an intel celron processor and 2gb of Ram. I want to move my I tunes from my old laptop to this new one, so first thing I did was download I tunes for windows.
Download went Ok and opened I tunes to be greeted to it displaying an almost black screen with a white verticle bars. Everything on i tunes works, but the display is unreadable.
I have followed all the trouble shooting on the i tunes site, cleared every last trace of i tunes and quick time from my computer and re installed only to be greeted by the same i tunes screen.
tried rolling back to an older version of itunes, but was told that the Itunes library was written by a newer version of I tunes and it would not open.

Any ideas?
