I tried installing Itunes for windows on my pc running windows Xp and it give me an error saying something about caps and Insert the cd Again, it gave me a n error message. i downlaoded the software form apple.com. so i couldnt install it., did this happen to anyone else.?

Any other problems with Itunes for Windows?

this the What i see when i try to install it. i have already downloaded it, 4 times and tried installing 4 times.
 
My friend had a problem with the Installshield installing, so he couldn't install it either. But, I had no problems. This is what happens when you have tons of different hardware and software all mashed together. Compatability issues, I guess.

Installed no problem on WinXP for me.

Try moving the itunes setup exe file to c:\ and run from there. I've found that some installation programs don't like certain characters in the directory string.
