I turned off my iphone and now its not turning on.. pls help

hey guys i have installed 3 apps from appulo.com .. so i turned my iphone to restart it.. but as soon as it turned off. i waited 2 mins and when i try to turn on by pressing the button on the top.. its not starting up.. nothing is coming up.. no blank screen.. no apple logo.. pls help and iphone is fully charged... pls help

Did you hold down the power and home button for a few seconds?

Additionally to the soft reset from above..

Try plugging it in and then starting it.

should i hold down the power and home button while connected to computer or should i disconnect it from computer???

Try powering it up when connected to the computer first, then try the soft reset. I don't think being plugged in doesn't matter.
