I used cousin's debit card for app purchase?

Okey, here is the question. I am a paranoid type of guy so please dont get angry if the questions seems out of the place. Now i wanted to purchase a few paid games and i asked my cousin, who believe it or not name is same as mine, and he gave me his card so a added it (VISA). It acceped it and i downloaded a few games. Now we forgot to remove the debit card from my apple id, and now few days latter i found it still on the payment method, I than tried to delete it but it remained asking me to chose another way for payment method. I found out that my phone number carrier (TELENOR) is available to use as payment method so i changed it to my phone number. I have two questions now.
First, now that i changed the payment method, does that mean that his debit card is no logner associated with my app store id, or do i have to do something more to remove it?
Second, and most IMPORTANTLY, could my cousin, who have history of being sneaky person, somehow managed to access my apple id or the apps i downloaded using his debit card? Could he somehow went to apple office or his bank managment and asked for the apple id password, since it was linked for a while to his debit card. Now thats sounds impossible but still, is it possible for the debit card owner to somehow get access to the apple id his card was used from? I am paranoid right now alhouh i belive its not possilbe. I also changed the payment method.
Please tell me there is nothing to worry about. Thanks

By default, he will not have access to your account. Make sure you have a secure password and have two-factor authentication turned on.

His card should be removed from your account.

BasicGreatGuy hi there. Yes, two factor, strong password mixture of low upper laters and numbers. I also added my phone number as payment method (i did not know it was possible to use it but my carrier allows it, so i verifed my number via sms sended code and now its my payment method). How to remove the debit card from the number- is changing the payment method enough. Or is it stored somewhere?

I am sure he can easily know what Apple ID the payments were made from. So, it all depends on whether he will do a follow up or not

My questions is simply can he somehow request my password, for example if he call his bank or apple services and lies that he never gave his card, because is not someone i can really trust.
I have used many friend's debit cards in the past (Since i dont have any) for Google Store, Facebook and other accounts and it never was a problem. I dont think its a problem now, but since Apple is another level of security i just wondered if he somehow could get access to my apple id, using the fact his debit card was used. Apart from that i have two factor verification included.

Here is what scared me in the first place. In this article, although its from 2012, hackers called apple services, and requested password reset providing only the victim's email adress (without password), his billing address (home adress), and last 4 digits of his credit card number, and apple reseted the password for him. Thats sounds impossible. I assume he wasnt using two factor authentication? How could this be possible?

Seems like an awful lot of drama for "a few paid games".

First if all, your cousin is "sneaky person", but still someone whose credit/debit card you were willing to use.

Next, your AppleID is your AppleID, and your "sneaky person" cousin cannot access it by virtue of the fact that you used his credit/debit card on that account to make purchases.

However, because his name is the same as yours, and he has the credit/debit card in his possession, I suppose that he could go to an Apple store and make a strong case for claiming ownership of the AppleID. It's pretty unlikely, but not beyond the realm of possibility.

dwfaust Ture, that what worries me. However, he doesn't know my security questions/answers, and also i have my phone number used as two factor authentication. I did a mistake using his card its true, but i never realized what you say was possible. I currently changed the payment method to my own phone number as purchase option, so do i need to worry anymore? Even if he somehow managed to go to apple sotre, how will they reset him the password since i have two factor activated? He cant provide access to my phone number. Oh and one more important thing- my apple id is my GMAIL adress not icloud adress, so in order to change password he would need to have access to my gmail accounts as well/

Wow, it turned out, as i talked to person who worked for apple, if you can provide debit card security number and billing address, apple can give you temporary reset password. Even if the card is no longer activated on the account.Not to mention if the names match. Damn, i am not going to use that apple id anymore.

I also read about case when hackers stole the last 4 digits of victim's credit card and used it to verify through phone ownership over apple id. Sounds like you should start buying iTunes Gift Cards and attaching them instead of using all your friend's debit cards mate

Absolutely, no more friend's debit cards. In fact, my carrier provides option to use it's billing as payment method (Telenor Bulgaria), and since i am new both to apple and Telenor, i only realized that after i already used his card. Now i will simply create new apple id (I have nothing that much to lose than a game and few songs of total 6$) and probably evern factory erase the device, because the paranoia that i may wake up having my account locked out somehow drives me crazy. And since i dont trust the person who's card i used i'll prefer to play on the safe side.
