I want a still/frame from this commercial as a wallpaper

Its a met life commercial and i can't get a clear enough still, its a bit fuzzy. So i would be great full if someone can get better stills of the scenes I'm going to take screen shots of. Also if t helps my macs resolution is 1920 x 1200. Thanks so much.

You can use ClipGrab to download the 720p version, open that in Movist and use CMD+I to save a screenshot or use QuickTime Player 7 to do so.
You can then resize in Preview, but know, that 1280 x 720 is using a 16:9 aspect ratio, while your screen has 16:10 aspect ratio.
