iPad Pro I want to use my iPad Pro as an external Gaming Display.

Consoles will finally have HDMI 2.1 standard heck the Nintendo Switch has USB-C display out. And here we have a 120hz 2K Display that doesn’t accept a display input. I just want a mode that says use As Display only.
Is this possible ?

I feel apple will never approve such use. They want you to use it as a computer, not a display.

Duet can extend PC display. But I don’t think console is in the device support list.

No, not unless Apple officially adds support for it in a future version of iPadOS.

PlayStation 4 has the Remote Play app and the XBox app is planning an update that will allow this too. There’s a news story on the front page of this site.
