Hi guys,
I was looking for an 8 core Mac Pro at good price (less than 1500) and finally found it and won the auction on eBay. The auction finished with 1385 (without the shipping costs that must be less than 100). Is the 2008 model (http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_pro/stats/mac-pro-eight-core-2.8-2008-specs.html) with no upgrades, but Im going to put a Radeon 6870, 6GB more of RAM on it, and probably I'll overclock the CPU's to 3.2Ghz with the ZDNet Clock tool.
What do u think -despite the fact that Mac Pros are overpriced-, has it been a good deal or not?
Regards,
Daniel.
