Depends on what you're doing with the Mac.
But I will tell you that if you want a display as clear, crisp and color accurate as the iMac and MacBook Pros, you only have one option, and that's the LG Ultrafine 4k or 5k display that Apple sells on their website. There are no other retina screens on the market. If you're doing image editing, video editing, or if you work with text all day long, you might as well skip the shopping and just get the LG.
It's unfortunate because I don't like the build quality of the LG displays. The company I work for has numerous displays (not LG Ultrafine 4K/5K) hooked up to Macs for graphics/video work. I can tell you that many of them appear to look good on their own until you look at them next to the iMacs and MacBook Pros. At that point, you can't even imagine doing anything with them but tossing them in the trash. These include 4K OLED displays with specs that make it appear as though they're nearly as good as Apple's iMac/MacBookPro screens. They are not.
The monitor you linked to is garbage. Stay away from no-name knock-off brands.
