I would like to perform a full clean restore on my iPhone 5. And do not intend to restore from backup.

1. How to backup SMS chat history and restore back chat history to a clean restore iPhone?
2. How to restore selective apps’ data?

Anyone can help do I need any tool ?

On the one hand you state you desire to perform a no backup clean restore and follow that soliciting a method on how to restore some aspects with a backup.

Although your question is not complex what your asking is complicated.

You can do that
1- before full clean restore connect iPhone.
2- go to settings - iCloud and turn all of them off.
3- open "iTools" you can download it from here.
4- and back up all what you need (contacts - sms - apps - .....etc).
5- restore then open iTools and import what you want.

or the easiest way is "iCloud".

My apology for the confusion and thanks for your reply

What I wanna know is how to backup my current SMS history and selective apps' data, then perform full clean restore, after that how to restore only the SMS history and selective apps' data I backup earlier?

Hope my explanation clear enough.

Thanks for your input. The link doesn't work.

I would like to do the same. You can backup app data using DataDeposit from Cydia, but I am having difficulty's copying over my sms.db to the new phone. You used to be able to copy the sms.db file from the /private/var/mobile/library/SMS folder, but that does not seem to be working for me.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Probably not an option but I think iExplorer may do what you want IF its been updated for iOS 7.

Use iBackupBot, works flawlessly for what you're trying to do. If you need help using it, let me know. :)

Thanks guys for all your advice. I manage to restore SMS history & selective app data. :)

Which program did you use? I am going to do a clean restore as well I think.

I used iFunbox follow the steps in iDownloadblog and ignore the permission part and got my SMS history restored
