I woulld like to make a mirror image of iphone without using itunes

Are there any programes other than itunes so i may make a complete mirror image that is bootable so that i can plug in a new iphone and just press backup and not have to worry about apple deciding what should be on my iphone i think the is a program called carbon copy clone will this program work on my windows pc to backup iphone

iTunes would be your only PC based backup solution. There are apps that will let you read data like app data and text messages, but no 3rd party full backup solution.

Yes i use pkgbackup but i would like a full bckup because it still takes about six hours with itunes ans pkg to do a backup including jailbreaking for cydia so with a mirror image would be great
