I think mine must be broken since it is not experiencing all of the problems I have seen on the forums.

Maybe I should be enjoying it less.

If you are enjoying your new i7 as much as I am here is a poll for you.

running photoshop, listen music an browsing the internetz:
No hard drive noise
fans are not noisy (cpu 939 rpm, hd 1099 rpm)
not hot (ambient 22, cpu 42, gpu 57)
no yellow tinge

No problems here either. When pushed, the fan is audible (around 1300 rpm) but not distracting. The top of the aluminum case gets wicked hot when all cores are pushed. But iStat says the CPU and GPU are under 70 degrees which seems reasonable. I guess the top of the aluminum case acts like a large heat sink...

Loving it.

Yes it you could fry an egg on it when it's encoding but if you know anything about computers and aluminium you'd know that's normal.

Hard drive I can hear a little but it sounds completely normal - ideal world it would be as quiet as my old WD Green but again, sounds perfectly normal.

Screen is perfect.

Faster than Usain Bolt on speed.
