I'm hoping that iBooks will be available at the Canadian launch of the iPad, but in the event that it isn't, how would I go about using iBooks app temporarily in Canada?

Keep in mind I have NO need for the store at the moment, I have some epubs I'd like to add to iTunes, I just need the iBooks app first. The store would be nice, but I can get by until it's launched internationally.

So how would I get it? Could I create a US iTunes account and use a gift card to register the account?

And if I manage to download it, can I sync all my Canadian iPad apps with my US iBooks app? Or can I only install one account's contents onto the iPad?

Thanks in advance.

Do what I did, get a US account for the stuff that is US only until it launches in Canada. Ex. : iWork, ABC (needs VNC to work though), iBooks, etc. When it releases in Canada, I'll need to repurchase it all though, to keep things simple.
