I've now got both my iPad and iPhone updated with iOS 5. Which is great, however I'm came across an unforeseen issue with iBooks which is going to be a real pain.

I used to have iBooks synced between devices, being able to pick up either and read from the latest page. When I first opened iBooks it told me that iBooks is currently synced with my first iTunes account (the one I set up when I first began to use the Apple Stores and has all my purchases synced to it). I then got the option to sync with my iCloud address (previously my MobileMe account), or not sync at all.

How can I get iBooks to sync with my purchase account and not iCloud?
